WEDDINGS
With our full floral planning service, we provide stunning tablescapes, romantic ceremony settings, aerial florals, small to large floral installations, and exquisite bridal party flowers. Specializing in organic and free-form styles, we collaborate and design wedding florals so it is truly a reflection of you; creating a memorable experience that lasts a lifetime.
We value artistry and personalized attention to our couples’ vision, style, and aesthetics; therefore, we limit the number of weddings we take on each year/season. Also, please note: we do not book full service weddings on most major holiday weekends.
Step 1 - Our process begins with the Inquiry Form. We are a boutique floral studio. Please allow 24-hours for a response.
Step 2 – We will contact you to schedule a complimentary consultation via phone or zoom. We want to get to know more about you and your style. In approximately 1 week you will receive an initial proposal custom to your style and preferences.
Step 3 – Save the Date! If you like what you received, a non-refundable $750 (+ NM GRT) deposit is required to reserve your date. This fee is then applied to your payment schedule. We will schedule a design meeting in person or digitally to review the initial proposal, expected number of guests, and key elements such as: color palette, flower selections, floral pieces and ceremony and venue décor.
Step 4 – Revised Proposal and Design. At this meeting your proposal will be reviewed and further detailed with adjustments and additions. From information documented at this meeting, we will generate a contract. (Please know adjustments can be made even after signing the contract.)
Making Changes – While we like to follow the plan, we will also continue an open conversation to fine-tune the details. Should we alter the plan we will revise the contract accordingly. Our final design meeting, either by phone or in person, will be 1 month prior to the big day! The last installment is due prior to this meeting.
Step 5 – The Big Day! The UA Team arrive on time with smiles. The time of delivery and set up is coordinated with your photography schedule and floral installation requirements. Post wedding removal is available, if you so desire.
PERSONAL FLOWERS - A LA CARTE MENU
Uncommon Arrangement offers an A La Carte Menu of beautiful personal flowers. This is a great option for couples who only need gorgeous bridal party florals. Our menu offerings are designed in your preferred color palette, using a base recipe of roses and other seasonal blooms and foliage. (Garden roses, peonies, and/or premium product will be quoted based on market value). Delivery is available for an added fee or you can arrange for pick up.
